WebQuestion on Wills and Trusts. A family member of mine has recently passed. They were a resident of Ohio, and vacationed in Florida. Would i need to contact a probate lawyer in Ohio, or Florida? Anything i should know in advance? Tips? It’s quite a convoluted mess and any tips or advice is welcome.
