If you want to know the hp at the motor and calculate your actual drivetrain loss you need to put the motor on an engine dyno. This cannot be performed unless you pull the motor. This is why flywheel hp is really nothing more than a sales gimmick as far as I am concerned.

Or, HP can be calculated by dividing the quarter mile trap speed by 234, cubing this result, and multiplying it by the vehicle weight.
