Web17 May 2024 · Any person who has a child arrangements order in their favour which includes an order that the child lives with them can take the child out of the jurisdiction for up to 28 days at a time. It may be that the court has ordered that the child lives with both parents and, if so, either parent can take the child out of the jurisdiction for up to 28 days at a time. WebYou must present the following documents: A copy of the child’s birth certificate. A letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not travelling, containing their address and telephone number, in English or French if possible, and. A photocopy of the non-accompanying parent’s signed passport or national identity card.
